Our Alkemie Eagle Head Ring was featured in the Style Syllabus's article.  Ornithology originating from the Greek vernacular, is a branch of zoology  that concerns the study of birds.  Many aspects of ornithology differ from related disciplines due partially to the high visibility and aesthetic appeal of birds. And appealing and timeless, their influence on design, pop-culturally speaking, will be forever more. From the plumes of the most influential historical scholars to the boas of Zsa Zsa Gabor and Vegas Show Girls….birds have done a lot for us.  They’ve feed us, they’ve entertained, they’ve horrified, they’ve served as muses, and the symbolize a certain level of luxury that we just don’t find in anything but these glorious feathered creatures.
